The double room was great with a delicious breakfast. The hotel's location was convenient, located near the town centre and Scotland.

Marvellous location, fantastic service, overall clean place. The staff are amicable and nice, we greatly enjoyed them. The breakfast choices are delicious with sliced meats and fruit, for instance. This is like the best place to stay in Inverness.

The delicious food was a highlight during our stay. the room was nicely furnished. - Lycia Rooms + boasts magnificent views of the surroundings. - the location is convenient, with the nearest restaurant within easy reach. - Its proximity to the center of Inverness, all of Scotland, and the library is a huge plus.

The property was clean. the location was marvelous for exploring the surrounding area. - Inverness Botanic Gardens was located just 2 km away from the property.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the attention to detail was outstanding - from the well-furnished rooms with en-suite bathrooms to the cozy dining room where we enjoyed late evening chats. Secondly, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Lastly, the location was perfect - not far from the city centre, allowing for easy exploration of the area. The wholesome breakfast provided the perfect start to our days. this hotel provided great value for money and had good facilities.
